FLEX – "Future Leaders Exchange" program is administered by the American Council. It is the first big program for the Newly Independent Countries and it provides a year stay in the United States of America and studying at American schools. In Ukraine this program has been implemented since 1996. The program is financed by the American Government. Organizational supervision is provided by the Department for Education and Culture of the United States of America.
